Admission Details

ELIGIBILITY AND SELECTION CRITERIA :

Students seeking admission into Nursery, Lower KG, Upper KG will be assessed in a verbal and interactive session by the concerned teacher followed by a personal interaction with the Principal along with the parents.

However, students seeking admission into Grade I to Grade X are to appear for a written entrance examination conducted by the school for the subjects English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Information Technology and Hindi on the exit level of the previous class followed by a personal interaction with the Principal along with parents.

Fill in the Application Form for the class in which admission is sought (meeting the eligibility criterion for admission into the classes are mandatory)

Duly filled in application form is to be submitted to the office of the school along with the following documents:

Birth Certificate (attested)

School leaving Certificate (TC Original)
Aadhaar Card (Photocopy)

Report Card (Photocopy)

4 colour passport size photographs of the student with name of the student written behind each (size 3.5 cm x 4.5cm).

2 colour passport size photographs of both parents with name & relationship written behind each (size 3.5 cm x 4.5cm).

Proof of address of parents

Medical Emergency form (attached in the form)

Immunization Certificate

Parents undertaking form (attached in the form)
Transportation Form (as applicable)
Caste Certificate ( if any)

Application cum registration fee of Rs. 1000/- by cash/Online Payment

Important :

Incomplete application form will not be accepted.

All supporting documents mentioned above are to be submitted.
